    Symmetry Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Management is committed to ensuring your
    privacy in accordance with the National Privacy Principles, Privacy Act 1988.
     

    Collection of Information

    • Your privacy is important to us and we take your privacy seriously
    • We will only collect information from you that is necessary for the
      operations of our business.
    • It will be collected by lawful and fair means.
    • All information is retained for the sole purpose of providing our services
      at the highest quality level.
    • All clients’ information remains the property of our clients, and we merely
      act as agents on your behalf.
    • We will never release, sell or give your name, email address or details to
      any unauthorised third party or organisation.
    • At any point, you can select the link at the bottom of every email we send
      to you to change your details or unsubscribe.
       

    Information which is gathered will be retained for the duration of work
    agreements. Upon termination of work agreements all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by us will be returned.
     

    Key Holding

    • Clients' keys are stored with only the client number attached to the key, we will
      never use a clients' name or address details.
    • We will never pass your key to a third party or supplier, only a Symmetry staff
      member will have access to your key, and even then only for entry into the property
      at the time the service is requested.
    • In the event the clients locks are changed or work agreement terminated, we will
      promptly return the key to the client.
    • Keys are stored in a secure steel key cabinet. Your key only comes out of the
      cabinet on the day you request service, and is returned immediately upon completion
      of the service.

       

    Personal Credit Card Numbers, PINs, Passwords and Alarm Codes

    • We will never offer or confirm a clients' alarm code, password, credit card number or
      PIN over the phone or for any reason other than to facilitate purchases or services
      on your behalf and as agreed to by you.
    • We will never put charges on your credit card without your full authorisation, unless
      it is to recover costs when you have not honoured our terms and conditions.
