What support can you offer my small business?
Our Virtual Assistant services provide small business owners with an experienced staffing solution, which involves no employee benefits, equipment costs or training. We offer a range of secretarial and administration services for your business needs, both for a one off project or ongoing assistance and only charge for the time you use. Our Virtual Assistant's are on call during normal business hours to assist you, however we understand when something just needs to be completed, if necessary we will work around the clock to give you the support your businesses requires.
What is a Lifestyle Manager?
Our Lifestyle Management Services provide assistance to busy individuals in managing their daily personal and professional obligations, or 'to do lists'. You may find after everything which needs to be done in a
day, there is no time or energy left for loved ones, relaxation or personal goals; this is where we can help. We take care of all those monotonous tasks you don't like to do, leaving you with more time to spend on the things you enjoy, such as quality time with your family or pursuing personal goals. Every one of our clients receives individual attention; we work closely with you to ensure you receive the maximum benefits. You will wonder how you ever got by without your exclusive personal assistant. Our services are only limited by your imagination.

What do I need to if I'm interested in finding out more about Personal Assistant and Lifestyle Services and how you can assist me?

Once we have some details and you find you may be interested, we can meet you at your home, work or place of interest, such as a café to further discuss how you can obtain maximum benefits from our services, you are still under no obligation to work with Symmetry. If you are interested, we will take down your details and you can start using our services immediately.
What happens if I do not use all the hours included in my retainer program?
We understand that you may go through busy and quiet periods; therefore the remaining hours will be carried over for use in the next month. If we find that the hours are still not used the following month, then the hours may be reduced to a lower retainer package.
How will my privacy and security be protected?
Symmetry Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Services take your privacy and that of your family very seriously. Please see our privacy policy for further information.
How much does it cost and are there any hidden charges?
The only additional costs to our hourly rates, are those incurred whilst carrying out your requests e.g. booking of travel, purchasing items on your behalf and payment of suppliers. You will be advised of all additional costs before the commencement of work. The hourly rates for Retainer Programs, Corporate Packages and Temporary Services are charged in 15 minute increments. Travel time for lifestyle services is part of the hourly rate. There is no charge for after hours emergency services unless extra costs are incurred.
Are your services limited by geographic area?
Our Virtual Personal Assistant services are available to any person regardless of their location if the work can be communicated via phone, post, courier or over the internet. Our lifestyle management services are available on the Sunshine Coast only from Noosa to Maroochydore as well as some inland areas unless the tasks can be carried out by phone, post, courier or over the internet.
